الكارى لتقوية الذاكرة

يحتوي "الكاري" أو البهار الهندي بلونه الأصفر على جزئيات لها خاصية المضادة للأكسدة والمضادة للالتهابات وتحسن من قدرات التعلم لدى الحيوان، وذلك بحسب ما كشفت عنه الدراسات العلمية الفرنسية الموسعة التي أجريت على الحيوان. ويمكن وضع "الكاري" على الأسماك البيضاء والدجاج والخضروات، كما يتم إضافته إلى صلصلة البندورة. وقد أظهرت الدراسات أن الشعوب الآسيوية التي تستهلك "الكاري" بكثرة، يتمتعون بذاكرة أقوى من غيرهم الذين لا يستهلكون غير كميات صغيرة منه. وهو من افضل مصادر الطعام ويحتوي على أملاح معدنية والحديد والكالسيوم وبهارات الكاري قد تقي من مرض التصلب المتعدد (تصلب الشرايين) وتعد مادة الكاري أفضل علاج لمرض الألزهايمر أو خرف الشيخوخة  “ أتطلب مني الصبر والتجلد وفي عينيك معنى اليأس والقنوط؟ أيعطي الفقير الجائع خبزه إلى الجائع الفقير هل يتعزى كسير القلب بالقلب الكسير ”
